We know you love your Turtle friends, so we made them a new home. Our mission is to create a better park experience for people of every orientation, skin color, generation, and culture. It’s also filled with dreams of new historical and environmental awareness. Whether it’s Oak Lawn, Uptown, Turtle Creek, or whatever we are calling it at the moment, we can reclaim it. Because marginalized communities deserve an inclusive park. It’s time to learn what’s been hidden and reveal it.

After more than a year’s worth of research, Turtles are ready to move to a new phase. It’s time. It’s time to empower artists, journalists, and historians by creating open platforms that celebrate those who do, rather than those who only have.
